Any updates on when developer will provide amenities?

Q: Hi, Does anyone have an update as to when the developer will provide the promised amenities (club house, swimming pool etc) in Ranch?

Yes, this project is approved by BIAAPA but the developer is yet to provide the amenities in the layout, even after 6-7 years of launching the project. There is not even a board put up announcing the name of the project. I would request like-minded owners to form a forum and take this up with the developer at the earliest. If anyone has any idea or update about this, please share it in this forum.

As far as I know the project is approved by BIAAPA then why the amenities are not offered
