Q: Our builder is constructing an unapproved floor. G+3 is what is approved. Now in the terrace there are 4 apartments being constructed. What are the implications?
1) how would the undivided share of land be affected?
2) Would the approved floors and apartments have trouble during resale?
@ Daljeet - I checked with a legal expert and got the response as there wouldn't be any probs for the approved portion of the building. Absolutely no problem for the approved levels.
It is unsafe to invest on such properties.. As it is illegal, there is no guarantee for those flats and it is difficult to find a buyer during resale in future.
