What is the status of the project? Which all banks and local body have approved the project? Is the layout vaastu complaint?

The project is still under construction and the project is expected to get completed by end of this year. It has got approval from BBMP and banks like ICICI, IDBI, HDFC, Citibank, Standard Chartered and HSBC. Yes the layout is Vaastu Complaint.

The project is spread across 3.3 acres of land. It will have 3 blocks and each block will have 108 premium apartments. It also includes duplex penthouse in the size range of 3290 square feet.
