Q: I would like to know whether any second hand flats are available for sale? preferably 3 or 4 BHK?

One more clarification:
I came to understand that there is a 4 BHK flat available for resale in Dosho Symphony. It has 1995 sqft built up area. I want your opinion as to,
1) whether I can go ahead in purchasing the flat?
2) Whether I will get good rental value?
3) How about the issue of garbage dump yard near to it? Are you still getting bad smell?

Actually, I would like to buy a 3 BHK in Velachery or any other good residential areas for my stay in Chennai.
Currently, I have a 2 BHK in West Mambalam, which I want to sell and buy a 3 BHK.
