Why there is delay in getting OC?

Q: Why there is delay in getting occupancy certificate and flat possession? Which tower flats are rental flats under Municipality housing projects?

What is the reason for the delay in possession? Is there any legal issue with the project?

Delay in getting occupancy certificate has now become a very common problem. It is better if you can talk with the builder of the project.

Hi Bharati, if you are a owner at Dosti Vihar, then you can join the owners group and discuss with other owners/residents of the project in the group. To join click Join Owners Group.

As per sources, the project is near possession.. Have you visited the site recently? In which tower have you booked flat?

Have you asked builder? What did he say?

dosti vrishti, posession was in march 2012, I have enquired but yet there is no posession month declared, I understand the two earlier built towers also havenot got occupancy certificate yet
