Q: Hi.. i am just curious to know what is the full price of any flat in Paras Irene because somewhere it shows 5.9 lakhs and somewhere 1.2 crores,,, can u please specify it?

Ok.. it happens.. sometimes there will be wrong prices given in some of the websites.. are you planning to invest in Paras Irene?

its on the website where i read about antriksh heights and all those plan about paras irene... I was like amazed to see the difference once its showing 5.9 lakhs 1BHK blah blah blah and when i went into deep, it was in crores.

I agree with you Ankush that rates keep increasing.. But have you noticed there is huge difference in rates in what Apurva has mentioned. Actually 5.9 lakhs is some wrong price..

I think one price would be the basic price which was set in the initial period of project launch and the other price would be recent one.. Since rates keep rising along with time this change is common for most of the projects..
