This is to bring to notice of the eloquent delays on possession of Lodha Palava city properties. In the agreement it was clearly stated a date of May 2013 and it has been extended ever since. I know the comment would be that builders are known to delay and that is considered ok and people live with it

I pity the general acceptance of the above fact if accepted , and I urge people especially Lodha prospect home dwellers to raise concerns to at least bring down these delays to few months from few years .

I referred to my relationship manager and it was said that by October mid-week , he would initiate the possession for CBG V***** D wing and it would take another month to actually complete the whole process .

It’s been like that for over 4 months and still I don’t believe this will happen this year even.

This is getting really irritating, it was promised in May and till now there is no sign of any progress on possession.

Due to this I am losing out on rent income
