Want to know about builder/project credibility and return on investment

Q: I want to know about 1 bhk scheme Satatya Avenue in New Ranip Ahmedabad. The builder is not providing any documents regarding the agreement, it is under construction, what if he delays the project as he's offering no documents except the receipt, neither it is fully known which builder it belongs to? when asked he says there are many bhilders, and you have to give payments to Satatya developers, will it be wise to get into this deal? what about the builder creadibility as we will not be having any written documents? please guide....

If the builder is not providing any documents for the project then I do not think it is wise to book a flat in this project.

Hi Gaurav, hope there is some delay in getting approvals and therefore builder has not provided documents yet. I suggest you not to invest until you get all the documents verified through a legal expert..

Builders have to provide all documents to builders for verification.. But why Satyam developers is not providing then? What is the builder saying when asked for documents?
