When Shriram Signia project will be launched?

Q: Hi all, I have booked a 3BHK in Shriram Signia in a prelaunch offer in the 2nd week of August. Initially they said that still the approvals are pending and they will launch the project by 2nd week of September. But still they have not got all the approvals. Does anyone knows when they are going to launch the project?

I have started a group on Facebook for shriram signia owner...think that will be a better option to keep in touch for all us..as we normally do login to facebook on regular basis..please join the group there and we can restrict the membership also to owners only...

Shriram builders have sent an email to people who have already booked stating that they have got all the approvals and they will launch the project next mnth.

Considering the fact that 3 big projects are there on the road like Ajmera Infinity, Concorde manhattan, Ganga vertica...Ready to move in and almost same price as pre-launch signia...Don't understand if this is a good price? Also, after some years, there will be lots of apartments...it is good or bad?

I booked it in a prelauch offer @ 3200/-. right now they have revised the rates to 3500/- , may be negotiable o some extent.

Yesterday only i visited them to have a look on the model apt, even that is not yet ready. They said that by Mid Oct , it is exoected.

looks like they are redoing the flooring of the model apartment...what they told me is that there was some texture mismatch...so the flooring needs to b redone..

Yeah Sandeep, the same they told me as well, even i visited the model apt after they gave the reason. I saw the tiles were not at all matching . So, seems they are still working on tile work
