How is SRR group as we have finalised site?

Q: Hi, as I have finilised to go ahead with one of the odd sites which are the only ones available according to the srr group. During my visits I have noticed even though there are about 40 villas ready and assume about 35 families already started staying? Can anyone tell me how the life in Exurbia is as I have 8 year old child, I also want to know any school bus comes inside the building? I want to know how the life there. Any water problems? How about groceries and daily needs like vegetables etc.,? Please someone can answer my queries.

I am the owner of Plot 237, 3244 sq ft at Exurbia. I would like to see this as I reside in Pune and would like to sell it to a good buyer. I may sell at a lower rate to existing SRR owners in Exurbia.

These SRR EXURBIA people are really unprofessionals. They are just interested in selling the plots and making money. They say they provide world class amenities, but they don't even provide basic amenities like street light and security. Even though the residents are ready to pay maintenance chages they are not ready to maintain the basic amenities. Please dont invest in their projects, if u want a secured layout with basic amenities. We made a mistake , hope others don't make.

Hello all,
I am planning to buy a plot in SRR Hyde park.
I would like to know about this builder. Since you guys have already dealt with them, you can throw some light.. From the discussion above I understand common amenities are delayed, and villa construction is also delayed.. Are all the sites released by BMRDA? Development is as per the approved plan or any deviations? SRR staff are professionals in dealing with customers ?

Hi, I have bought a plot at SRR Exurbia and the construction of villa has started since 2010. But the construction has come to a stand still. I understand that most of the original team from SRR has left the project. Anybody in the same boat?

Yes, I am I the same boat. I am a veteran of 2009. I was supposed to get possession of my villa in Sep 2011. But even now, it seems to be a distant dream although I had paid almost the entire amount in advance. It is true that the original Team of the project has left. The new Team is just getting its bearings and unable to comment on the future.

Hey, mine is 191. I keep checking with them about amenities. They are waiting for around 50 families to start staying there, otherwise if they complete amenities now, cost of maintenance will be too much to bear for those who are already there. If you can drop me a mail @ vin dot friends at gmail, then I can give you a call on what I think.

hi, thanks for ur response,only thing i am worried about it is the maintenance,they allow the cow and other cattle field to enter inside the compound. and also they r there for almost 3 yrs now,but development looks very slow.

That's true, they take the cows to the lakebed for grazing from within the project. Things will change when more residents are there, and take control by running association. Now-a-days, lot of workers working on construction, it will be really hard to keep tab on who enters premises.

hi, i have blocked 217,but i am very uncomfortable with state of the project.looks like they r not maintaining it properly. and they r not yet started with club house and other amenities also. so i am confused.

I am currently constructing my villa there(odd site!).. Common amenities are yet to come up in the project. Which plot are you planning to buy?

I heard that the price of the villas in SRR Exurbia starts from Rs 70 lakhs. Is that true?

there is nothing like starting price,thier plots at this project are actually 30/40,since there is no plot available in that dimension,40/40 would cost around 60 lakhs,but again it depends on the built up area.

their running price is 1225 per sqft,being a odd site i got it lesser price.

I am a prospective buyer, been to the layout recently. I thought I will buy a plot and construct on my own. But the option is not there it seems, they are saying after buying the plot SRR will only constrct @ 1900 psft. Is this correct or do we have an option of construction on our own.

When I booked, I was given a choice - to choose SRR for construction or go on my own. I went with them as I did not have contacts of a good contractor. Not sure if they changed the rules now.

I have heard that the facilities provided are good in Exurbia.. And as 35 families have already shifted means that shows there are no issues with groceries, daily needs, etc.
