hello Ram, I am Non resident owner, Hence using this medium to check whats is happening. I didn't got any chance to attent any of the society meeting. If tenants are allowed then I would request them to attent.

Hello, the maintenance charges for 2bhk is Rs 3000 and for 3bhk it is Rs 4000..

This is too high. I don't understand whats the point to collect so high charges. there are 800 blocks and n avg more than 25 lac is been collected only for maintenance.

Have maintenace company appointed by orange county given any account statement on the expenditures for year may 2010 -11 and may 2011-12. Its been more than two years this company is mainting. here were I live, we get a complete account statement for all the expenditure and saving by the society.
