Q: Is charges for gym/swimming pool included in regular maintenance charges (or charged separately like that of Assotech Windsor).

Latest Answer: maintenance charges include cleaning of gym, swimming pool, car parking etc. No need to pay extra for individual onces.

Latest Answer: Hi Vineet, Thanks for your message. My request is actually in wait for the approval from Admin of the group since quite some time. The problem is - I don't know how to reach the president or secretary of the group. I don't have their contact details - be it phone or email. It will be great if someone can share the same here. Q: When can we expect possession of the flats in ats haciendas. its long overdue. Moreover what penal inerest would be applicable to be paid by the ATS due to late completion as per contract agreement?

Latest Answer: Hi All, I received possession letter last month but when I visited the site lift installation for tower A was in progress. I am surprised how they can issue a possession letter until work is complete. I request all my dear friends kindly check all formalities and certificate before you pay your final payment. You must check whether they have electrical metres intstalled from department, water supply , lift certificate from the company and final OC.

Q: It was informed earlier to be happened in Dec. 2011 but seems that floor constructions not yet completed till now.

Latest Answer: Hi All, I received the possession letter yesterday, as I am overseas so cant see what is in there. Soon I will get the letter scan and read whats in there. Its seems possession formality started so let see when we can party together in our new nest...I hope everything is done in the society and they have not rushed it for job done! cheers

Latest Answer: It is being held 28th to 31st July, in multipurpose hall in tower 7. Detail of the same can be noted from Notice Boards in the towers. Hope It helps.
