Ashish, both Wakad and Lohegaon are good with respect to investment.. So now you have to keep in mind the other factors, such as your job and your requirements and decide where to invest..

Lohegaon is also a fast developing area and has good scope for future real estate development.. The area has seen vast developments, it has good connectivity.. It is worth investing in Lohegaon too.

Wakad is in the front as it is near to IT Park at Hinjewadi, and also it is near to Aundh, Baner.. The facilities are good in that area.
