Hi, I have the unit at Vaishnavi Orchids for SALE in D block, most premium unit in the entire community facing the Swimming pool and Club House. The unit is priced like a regular unit in Vaishnavi Orchids.
Expected : 2.10 Cr.

Hi. I am an owner at this property. The project is delayed by more than a year. As per original plan they were to handover the project inaug 2012 ( at least thats what they promised when we booked our flat) this date has conveniently beenshifted every 6 months and till date there is no news on complete handover. Scary part is that noone from vaishnavi is taking ownership and giving a firm date. Extreme feeling of helplessness for us buyers.
Also i think there is very poor landscaping doen inthis project - very littel open space has been planned particulalry for children to play. Infact a group of buyers in this property are evenplanning to collectively buy an adjacent plot just to provide for openplay area for the kids
