What action should one take against the builder?

Q: I booked a flat in Maya Garden City, Zirakpur developed by Barnala Builders and surrendered the flat after some time. At the time of booking they said they will refund the amount within 15 days. But, I have not recieved my money even after 5 months of surrender date. Please suggest what should be done to get my money back?

When I contact them they say "Sir abhi paisa nahi aya hai"?

I would suggest you to take advice from your legal expert before taking any action against the builder.

Hello Abhinava, If they are giving excuses then you should go directly to the builder and talk with them.
