What action should one take against the builder?
Q: I booked a flat in Maya Garden City, Zirakpur developed by Barnala Builders and surrendered the flat after some time. At the time of booking they said they will refund the amount within 15 days. But, I have not recieved my money even after 5 months of surrender date. Please suggest what should be done to get my money back? When I contact them they say "Sir abhi paisa nahi aya hai"?
