Is Eastern Ranges, Keshav Nagar, Mundwa an approved project?

Q: Is Eastern Ranges an approved project with an APF/SCE-1/11-12/74 for SBI?

Is it good to move ahead with this project? Is its 30 year Land History clear, so can I move ahead with registration of this property?

Kindly provide me prompt assiatance regarding quality of property and their values. Appreciate your prompt revert on priority.

Hi all,
Even i have invested in this project. Has anyone booked in the first phase of Eastern ranges (ALTAI)? I would like to know, what did builder promise them as possession date, at time of booking and what's his latest promised possession date?

Hi Nitesh,
I didn't book any flats of this project but when i was inquired about the project details i found that the date of possession will be Dec 2016. If possession date would have met, few hundred families would have been staying here by now.

@Anurag- I am not sure about clearance. But all I see is the frame standing for almost a year now. Did u book in phase I? What was promise possession date at time of booking and what did he promised now?
