Which is the best location for investment on flats in Pune?

Q: I have seen two sites i.e. Dhanori Lohegaon road and Rahatani. I am so confused. I want to invest which would be the best option.

Hi, I have a agriculture plots approx 10 Gunthas in Bhukum area about 10 KM from Chandani Chouk. I am thinking to sale it as it is located 3 to 4 km inside from Paud road and want to purchase a plot in Rihe Near Hinjiwadi. Please let me know any other option in this regard?

In my point of view I think you should not sell your existing property. Property Prices always rise. Either the price will remain stagnant or it will rise. So keep patience and you will get good returns in long term. Else if you have surplus capital invest in another plots project in Hinjewadi.

Hello!! I want to make some investment in Pune Property. I am fine with Residential NA plot as well as 1BHK flat Budget is quite low i.e less than 25 Lakh. This is for purely investment purpose.Please suggest the areas in and around Pune, where i can make this investment.

Hi Deepti, I think you get plots within 10 to 15 lakh in area such as Hadapsar and Ravet. In Hadapsar, plots of 1200 sq ft are available in the range of Rs 5.50-12 lakh. The locality has good potential as it is close to Magarpatta City and Fursungi IT Park. Ravet is another area where plots are available in the range of Rs 7.80-12 lakh.

The rates have been continuosly rising in Dhanori.. Currently the rate per sq ft is around Rs 3900..

Dhanori is growing fast, seems like the growth has just started and is going to rock in future.. I feel it is worth investing here.
