Hi, I have a agriculture plots approx 10 Gunthas in Bhukum area about 10 KM from Chandani Chouk. I am thinking to sale it as it is located 3 to 4 km inside from Paud road and want to purchase a plot in Rihe Near Hinjiwadi. Please let me know any other option in this regard?
In my point of view I think you should not sell your existing property. Property Prices always rise. Either the price will remain stagnant or it will rise. So keep patience and you will get good returns in long term. Else if you have surplus capital invest in another plots project in Hinjewadi.

Hi Deepti, I think you get plots within 10 to 15 lakh in area such as Hadapsar and Ravet. In Hadapsar, plots of 1200 sq ft are available in the range of Rs 5.50-12 lakh. The locality has good potential as it is close to Magarpatta City and Fursungi IT Park. Ravet is another area where plots are available in the range of Rs 7.80-12 lakh.
