Need feedback on builder and project

Q: Hi, how is the Araat Reuizza project? Plan looks good.. Is the builder good? I know they have quite a few projects, but I am getting mixed response from people.

I have booked a 3BHK in Requizza..This is one of the well known tier 2 builders of Bangalore. Known for it's speedy approvals and constructions. very rarely builders give 80% as carpet area. Has anyone of you booked here?

I too have got lot of mixed response. Have you booked ?
If so could you please share your experience ?

the Sales person told me around 50 flats are booked.

I haven't booked yet...I visited the site....there's absolutely nothing as of now....regarding booking..that's there standard answer...I really doubt 50 got booked....but again it's my guess....approval is still pending btw...

Hi friends, that is common for most of the builders.. You take any project, though if 90 flat members are happy still 10 will be unhappy with the project.. So what I feel is do not take only on this basis.. Go ansd have a look at their old projects, interact with many buyers/residents and then decide.
