Hi All, Even I took the apartment in SVS Windgates .I am confused its good or bad. 1Area and locality good and I got SBI loan 2Builder is more flexible for paying money and changes required for flat he will do. 3Builder not providing good Tiles so I changed the tiles 4And In A block I saw tile fitting is not good 5In walls Cement plastering between two tiles is not good. 6Another problem in toilet I saw ,A pipe coming in your toilet Slab which is a outlate of above House..Which I didn't feel good. 7Kitchen Granite Also not good so I changed .
Overal project is good not Awesome for now ...I can updated once I takeover it.
Worse Builder u can come across .... every thing is good at the start ... but the end result and delivery is pathetic. Now they have floated a new company called SVS Developers, They have SVS Structures, SVS Constructions... Same wine in new bottle. They operate under different names with same logo.
They are building one near HAL Old airport ... what they promise on the brochure is not at all matching.
comment about SVS builders: construction quality is not good. Finishing is not as up to the mark, even first time builders much better. i have already took apartment at Ananda nilayam, struggling a lot... problems like Tiles would not fixed properly. when we walk on the floor we can feel oddly placed tiles. water leveling at restrooms so bad... after use we need clean every time... so painful.. if we complain, builder will say that they will correct... but they will eat time like anything... In overall they are good at talking & convincing... Finally our problem will not fix...

Hi, I have blocked a flat over there.. for me alos railtrack was the concern.. but then feel price and project look attractive. Also they told already NOC is given by railway. And they have left 30m distnace from the track..
