in past i invested in himalya pride but this buildertotally fraud. he cancelled my flat due to old booking prize so beware of it. i have a flat in mascot manorath soho in noida extension. project is located in walking distance of proposed metro station. i am a individual investor. prize is 2 lac lower than current rate.

himalaya pride noida extension review,complaint,fraud

Hi, I would like to strongly strongly suggest not to go for this builder, He is total fraud . I am an existing buyer of flat. I booked 1127 SQ ft size. After one month of booking I suddenly come to know that builder has scraped 1127 size and now 948 and 1235 are only option,moreover 1235 are not in same PLC(Floor) and location. I will need to pay ~3 Lakh more for this. So never ever commit this mistake.
