Q: Hi,
Like to know, the villa size of 1365 sq.ft. costing around 35L, (ready to move), but there is 1 doubt, as compared to other projects in Noida extension, price of this project is low, so is there any issue with this project, & also like to know, what all thing i miss, if i go for this villas as compared to high rise flats.
Latest Answer: Yes, such kind of localities are not safe for end users. Renowned Srishti Villas comes under Jila Panchayat. It does not come under Noida Authority. The basic infrastructure like approach roads are also not in place till now probably due to the jurisdiction of Jila Panchayat. Any chances that the property may also not appreciate in future because of these reasons?

Latest Answer: Hi all, That's why i suggest all my buyer friends to read all the clause. Most of the clause mentioned in the agreement benefit for the builders not for the buyers. So, read all the clause carefully before registration. In your case Piyush, you can file a case in consumer redressal forum or better, if you take the advice of a legal expert.

If someone have bought an apartment in Forest County then please let me know the price that you paid for Shed Tandem parking? Can these parking rates differ from customer to customer? Or are they fixed for all customers?

Latest Answer: What would the price range be for a 4.5BHK ie 2700 sqft any idea? Anything else that we need to check at the time of booking - just like you mentioned about parking, Are there any other such loopholes? And what about maintenance per month after 4 years or so? They say that once the project is completed, they hand over the same to the society. Any ideas how much would this be per month?

Q: I am planning to buy a 7 year old aparment in sanjay nagar, very close to the main road . The property is 1080 sqft built up area and in a very nice locality. What is the current sqft price for Sanjay nagar, and how much would be a right price for the above detailed property and would there be any appreciation after 5 years?

Latest Answer: Sanjay Nagar is a well-developed area ib Bangalore and the locality is also near to Manyata Tech Park and many major IT Companies. The capital value has shown an upward movement in the first quater of 2013. You can expect appreciation in the near future.

Q: Hi, what is the current price trend of Sector 1 ,Noida Extension and what was the past price?? How much appreciation took place since last year!

The metro station in Noida Extension is already announced by DMRC which will make travelling to Delhi very easy. The area has great prospects and demand in the coming time. The prices are bound to increase due to high demand and the great connectivity of the area. It's worth investing in this area.Hence i would conclude stating that the area is good for investment for now.
