Booking Flat in Mantri Celestia is nothing but buying burdens.
Q: Agreement was done with a hope of having shelter and put stop to rent burden. Finally after paying 95% of flat cost they said possession would be delayed by 12 months. customer is overburdened with an EMI as well as with a huge rents. There is no any proper response from builder side about compensation.
Is builder ready for registration of our flats? Is any one got it done? Kindly advice.

Mantri has been taking all of us who put our trust in them for granted. I have created a group email - dedicated only for genuine owners of Mantri Celestia properties. It is good that we all come together. It is mental agoney of not having a flat inspite of paying 95% cost 15 months back. No date of handover is foreseen, if the present trend continues. It seems Mantri has issued letters to owners informing delay in handing over till sept 2013. I have not received any such letter. have any one received letters from Mantri purportedly dated 24th December 2012
I agree with Appaji. Having seen pathetic responses from the 1st level staff and their managers at the Wipro Junction office - I am willing to join interested flat owners and move forward with either a legal recourse or reaching out to senior Mantri management as ONE voice. Shree, I feel you can also fight for your rights.. File a case against builder and see what could be done. May be when the builder can charge at 18% you can also take a good sum.. At least you can charge every month as per the rental rates of new flats in Gachibowli.

Hi Ravikant, I can understand your agony.. I am neither from political background nor from buyer's side.. Just a common user like you.. I was just trying to know the situation clearly and then suggest something to Shree.. Delay has become most common concern for people nowadays.. Buyers are left helpless.. Why don't you take legal help?
What Bharat, how may houses do you have in hyderabad, Are you Political Mantri son? What can compensation do. Will it compensate your mental agony/loss of being homeless? will it compensate your interest, tax exemptions and rental loss? If they can do all this only then we can think of compensation. I am sorry for being arrogant with such questions but doubted you to behalf buidler, and only they think compensation in commercial terms and they do not consider the mental loss of hapless buyer because this money is already invested by builder in other litigation projects at the cost of hapless buyer
there is a Delhi Consumer Court judgement against DDA to pay compensation of Rs.5 lacs to each flat owner. Let us also put pressure of Mantri for similar compensation.
