Any idea about project Olive by Blueskky builder in Wagholi? The rate is Rs 3600 psf. Price of flats is 39 lac. Is it worth?

Project name is "Olive" by blueskky builder. Flat sellable area is 905 and total final cost is around 39 lac including all charges. possession in DEC 12. I want to know is there any problem with this project? anybody knows about it? Anybody booked flat in this project??

I think it is worth and cost of the flats are also not so high. The locality is very good surrounded by many educational institution.

There are only 2bhks available in this project.. I had heard that the price starts 32 lakhs onwards.. So 39 lakhs may be the current price..
