I agree with upen appreciation will be there after few years because it is the only railway station for Shahapur city.

I think you can expected future appreciation as the area is located on the Mumbai Nasik Highway.

In Shahpur dist. It is a station on the Kasara Route. On the Mumbai Nasik Highway
