Q: Hi all, few days back I heard that all properties in Delhi will be given numbers.. When numbers will be issued? Any updates?

I heard that this card will be called Unique Property Identification Code (UPIC) card and it can be used for paying property tax..

Not only this guys.. the corporation has proposed to issue smart cards too.. On property number basis, smart cards will be issued to ease tax payment system..

Hi Anoop, the properties will be numbered in order to bring in more properties under the tax net and to have more clarity in identification of properties..
