Q: I have a flat in Pune Wakad area which I am contemplating to sell and invest the amount in Budhigere Cross area (pruksa silvana),Could you advise if that would be a wise decision.

Thanks..but my question is more around that if it would be wise to seel the Wakad flat at this point or wait for some more for rates to raise further.
