Q: Dear Sir, I want to fix grills in balcony for safety .Both Shri Ravi and shri prabhaker civil engineer.I don't know why i am prevented .I have a paid all the amount and flat got registered in the month of May,15th.Kindly send me the reply immediately,V.Janakiraman,B-132

Dear friends Bhargav,puneet and Abhisek,
Actually not in the plan.I have purchased on my own money and it will be fixed on my own account nad let me to whom I have to address.Main reason for fixing to avoid children fall and to escape from monkey and honey bee menace.

Hi Mr.Janakiraman, is this grills thing mentioned in your flat's plan which was previously given to you?? Usually if you don't get whatever mentioned in the plan then you have rights to fight.. but if it was not promised then I think you have to pay extra money for that and get it done..

Do any other flats got grills in balcony? And had you paid amount for putting grills?

Hello Janakiraman, You can give some geniune reason to the builder and ask him that you ant the grills for safety purpose.
