Heard there are a lot of cracks n leakages in the building, also there is a case going on in the court against century Park apts for illegal penthouses and 4th floors. Apparently the management is getting the paint work done to cover up the cracks n leakages. Is it true ?

Hi Harish, Penthouse is not available for sale in this project but as far as I know there is a 3 bhk penthouse available for sale in Prestige Four Seasons and the price will be around Rs 6 crores.
