GUYS, Beware..These guys keep changing the name of their company..their structures are HIGHLY deviated and hence you wont get OCs..you will end up paying heavy penalties..once they hand over the project to you, and if you contact them for any documents, you should hear their responses..ARROGANCE to the core...my gut feeling, the above positive comments should be from insiders..

Hey Sumanjit, Commence Certificate is issued at the time of the beginning to ensure that the foundation which are set in the sanctioned plan are adhered to. OC is required to occupy. Both Occupancy certificate and Commence certificate is mandatory. Once OC is withdrwan, the amenities like water and energy could be disconnected. It is always better to go for projects which have these two certificates
