Planning to buy a plot

Q: Dear Residents,I recently visited(Sep 12, last week) the layout as I was planning buy one.I saw most of the plotes empty. In one of the sites the construction was going on and they were using tanjer for water.Could you guys please help me to understand:1. Is ther a water source for the layout?2. Why so many sites vacant, most of them are for resale.3. Te price the seller is quoting is 3700 to 3800. Appreciate your help Thanks

As far as I know the community is provided with 24 hour security with 12 feet compound wall all round, individual water connection with overhead tank
