Q: I am planning to buy an apartment in Sriven Splendour, Chalaghatta. I would like to know more about the builder and also some consumer reviews about the construction group.

Another issue with this project that there is a nala (canal) going inside the project (as per SBI) and beside the site (as per builder) that's the reason SBI has not approved the loan for this project. Canal is called raja kulve. We have booked this project but later on cancelled this, but I would appreciate the builder that he has returned our money with any delay.

Vivek, once the project is ready to occupy then only they will issue Occupation Certificate.. But ask him when he will be providing OC.. also if possible check with other buyers..

i confirmed with him he said they wont be able to give OC even after completion and he claims its ok and all b grade builders dont give OC.

But they are promising water and electricity. He said all b grade developers make deviations in the plan because of which bbmp doesnt give oc certificate. I am confused now
