Q: Assetz is definitely value for money. They give you options for customizing interiors, golf coursse villas and are popular in market. Reasonable prices for good homes to and this project by them is really good i have personally recommend every one to visit the project.

Q: Interested in booking a property with Samhita Builders in their upcoming project called "Samhita Maruthi Homes" @ Marathahalli. Any like-minded buyers so we can discuss more through this forum??

If anyone has already purchased properties with Samhita before, can you please provide your feedback/experiences with this builder?

Q: Came to know about Eastpoint from my brother in law and im really interested, the ammenities and the floorplans seems to be statisfactory. now someone please help me with the reputation of this builder.

Q: Hello All

Anyone bought a Flat in maratahalli Rose project. I have paid an advance of 5 lakhs for maratahalli Rose project in July 2015 and still the construction is not started .

i called them yesterday and as per them site will be registered in this month and construction will be started by next month.

Please advise what can i do?
Latest Answer: I have cancelled the flat in before 9 months , but still i have not received the full money.. how can i get the full money?

Q: Hi,

I got a flat in Vista Lagos a year back. The builder seemed to be a good guy still is. He is pretty reachable, listens to your concern and is mostly helpful. However had to buy extra money for OC which was not communicated while purchasing the apartment. The apartment is equipped with premium products but having said that there are issues which I do not know whom to reach and get it fixed.



Frequent electrical failure which increases the maintenance cost significantly. This is something not taken with the builder but bescom says its due to increased load which existing equipments are not able to handle



Kaveri water is pending from the builder



Cracks on interior walls - fixed multiple time by the builder but keeps showing again. I guess the workers are not good. The hair line cracks are there in pretty much all the rooms



Dampness on walls in all rooms from water in terrace - Again fixed multiple times by buider but no result



Big cracks in exterior walls - Sad to see such cracks in new apartment - Builder has agreed long back but not yet fixed it



Black patches on all Jaguar fittings.This is for all residents not sure of the cause. Builder did a cleanup 2 times but patch are reappearing.

Q: Is this project approved by BBMP and have all the necessary certs like Occupancy Certificate, A-Khata.

Also would like to know if the building has Cauvery water connection and sufficient parking space.
Latest Answer: The project is BBMP approved. It is B-khata as there are some deviations. Cauvery water connection is expected very shortly, as all the necessary payments and formalities are already completed. There is covered parking space enough for 1 car.

Q: I called Gruha Kalyan Lotus. They said BBMP approval is pending. Also the property is priced too cheap for that area compared to other builders. Is it reliable/ genuine property ?

Q: I booked a flat in VKC Ch. M. II and then cancelled it. Lost 10% of my booking amount as per their T&C. Was not informed about this during booking and got cheated. During my first visit they did mention they would refund entire booking amount in case I cancel the booking but its all verbal assurance only to cheat you- no value for it.
Reasons for cancelling -
No Water. Only tanker water and maintenance cost is bound to go beyond 5000/- per month
Their clauses in agreement are totally favoring them. They even mention they are not responsible for connection of electricity or water And they are not ready to modify this after discussing with them face to face.
Checked out with flats in Phase I, some of them did not even get OC - occupancy certificate !
Pls dont get fooled by their offers even if its 3200/- per sq ft and dont beleive in their extra obedience
Sincere suggestion is to avoid them. In case you wish to book, pls read all their terms and conditions, understand them and then sign their deals.
