Progress of construction and possession date

Q: Any information on actual progress of construction and when the project will be ready for possession?

I have unfortunately bought a flat in pinnacle it is nowhere near completion my sincere suggetion to all ;don't go anywhere near mantri unless you want to get cheated as per there own letter it will be handed over may be a few months from now that is feb 2016

Few months from now ?? You can never be sure until you actually get the possession. They have made written promises of delivery several times in the past only to forget it & make a new promise, just to buy time. There seem to be some long standing issue with authorities as well so the project completion & hand-over may not see the light of the day in near future. Suggest all of us (victims) to join up and take some collective action. Please revert if you are willing.

We are struggling for our Mantri celestia hyderabad from 10 years. Project delayed by more then 8 years. and Still struggling for possession. so don't expect they will handover your project without 6-7 years delay.

I would suggest Please don't buy any flat with Mantri. Mantri is biggest scam. our Mantri Celestia Hyderabad project got delayed by more then 8 years. Still struggling for our flat. Now a days every month they are coming with new shorter deadline. this is strategy, so people may not go for legal and they will keep cheating customer

I coudn't agree with you more. After having pocketed 95% cost in May 2013, promising completion by March 2014, they have deliberately put the project in virtual suspension. The progress is extremely slow and also the finishes are being downgraded to save money. Latest promise to hand over is March 2016 but it may also suffer the same fate as earlier deadlines... They seem to have no money to complete the project as there are no sales happening due to the ongoing delays & continuing uncertainty. Builder has lost all its reputation of quality & timely delivery.

Dear Sagar,
Sorry to say but your comments appear to be sponsored. The project was originally slated to be completed by March 2014. In Feb 2014, the developer, through an official letter to the existing customers, informed of a delay, with the promise of a FINAL completion date of January 2015. Now you are projecting a further delay till December 2015. Wonder whether it is the Developer's feed or just an inadvertent error on your part. Please clarify.

Regarding proximity & connectivity... the Royal Meenakshi Mall & Meenakshi Temple are just next door. Fortis Hospital, Jayadeva Cardiac Research Institute, Nimhans, etc. are with in 2-4 Km, and of course, the METRO Phase II will originate next door too -from Hulimavu. International Airport, though, is only around 52Km away but...God willing... you may be able to charter a Helicopter ride from the helipad on top of this tower to the airport!!

We paid full price for an apartment. These guys are sitting on our money and cheating us. First they said possession will be April 2014, then Aug 2014, then Jan 2015 and now Dec 2015. We want to be compensated for the delay. Mantri advertises saying they will double your money in 12 months if you invest wtth them. These are statements of fact.

Yes, after pocketing 95% cost (more than a crore) in May 2013, and reconfirming possession by March 2014, they are dragging the project completion endlessly and also downgrading the quality. We lose almost Rs 1 lac per month interest on the paid amount and they are showing us the compensation clause in the agreement which says Rs 6600/- per month of delay. This can not go on for ever. Let us take some collective action.

You guys are lucky if you get possession this year end. I booked my flat in Mantri celestia Hyderabad. It is delayed by more then 8 years. God only know when will be the possession. Hardly see workers on site.

Received a certified mail notification stating completion not possible by April 2014 due to shortage of skilled labour. We paid all the money up front trusting the Mantri name. Now we feel like we are getting the run around. We requested them to provide us at least the completion date so that we can plan our lives accordingly. So far no response.

The communication received from Mantri states Jan 2015 as the new official date of possession. A delay of almost one year. The progress at site appears to be very slow, especially on the facade, helipad, etc.

The progress at site seem to indicate that they are in ni hurry to even honor the revised date of Jan 2015. In any case they have taken 95% payment and will do things at their own sweet will. Mantri is fast losing the trust they had built over last decade. Many projects are being launched only to collect easy money from people. No projects have been delivered now for last few years. Please do share if you have any credible info on Pinnacle.

Completion by March/April 2014 looks highly unlikely, looking at the progress. Window/glazing work is yet to take off. Internal & external finishing is being done in bits and pieces without any proper sequence. There is no credible information being given by Mantri regarding completion date.

they told me that they will be giving the possession by next year March.. But i myself is not sure... the project is not on the main road. It is 1 km from the IIM Bangalore and is right behind Royal Minakshi Mall..

Hey, ... I have been to the site and they have told me that they are sold out with the 3 Bhk apartments and they only have 4 bhk left. . They are asking for Rs. 8000/- per sqft. + floor rise charges. Which make it around 3.5 to 4.5 crore for a 4 bhk apartment. I personally believe it is too much for an apartment and around a crore to be charged only as a floor rise charges is again too much.

During pre-launch the possession date was indicated as March 2014. Has anybody recently booked an apartment in this project ? If yes, what is the possession date shown in the agreement.

Hey Pratap, I think earlier it was said that Mantri Pinnacle will be completed by July 2014.. Is it postponed then? I hope it will be ready before Jan 2015 at least..
