1. FEELING CHEATED :-We have flat in Mangalam Ananda. 1. HAND OVER OF THE HOUSE . The house was in very bad condition.Tiles were broken in bathroom and kitchen.The glasses of the doors and windows were full of dirt and stains.Water blockage in bathrooms and kitchen.After complaining continously for the last 3 months the problem has not been rectified.This raises question on Management, which is very very poor, un organised, unprofessional 2. POOR CONSTRUCTION. Within 1,1/2 month cracks started appearing on the walls. After complaining so many times , no response /repair done by the harmony3..POOR QUALITY HARDWARE. Sliding doors handle/lock broken withen a month. When we complained, Mr Amit (harmony)replied, that you dont know how to operate. In the normal case When the builder sign a contract wih the vendor, its clearly written that framing has guarantee for 5years and hardware has guarantee for 2years.what if any accident occurs, e.g. Short circuiting pr
