This project is well connected with local transport facility . This project has clearly demarcated Plots, Park & Open Space as per Govt. norms.

Q: I have invested in Vardhaman group project i.e. Western Heights. The building quality is super ugly and builder gets into verbal abuse whenever you try to request for promised facilities. He is nothing but a FRAUD. Please avoid any project by VARDHAMAN GROUP. I will be taking him court soon.

Q: This builder is from Faridabad and like me many people are suffering after getting associated with this builder. Hundreds of people are there and few have already initiated legal proceeding against them. They will collect the money and then will show their inability at the time of possession of registry. And one people start pressurize them they will start issues checks for refund which will eventually bounce due to insufficient funds.
This is the normal practice which they follow. I have already started legal proceeding against this builder including many others.

Q: Dear all, i invested in laxmi niwas project in april-2012 in installment. at the time of booking they made very promises, like registry and etc. I have made more than 43% of payment but no reply from the company instead of to make timely payment. I stop the payment, They only called me for the payment but if i asked them for the registry they told me to wait. I emailed them and told that cancelled my plot, but no response. Then i visited there small office, the staff with no knowledge of the company process, i told them either to take the all payment or cancell my plot and give my all the money back. The company director Mr. Ghanshyam (with very rude attitude) said that the amount you paid till now the 25% deduct and the money will refund also in installment. I was shocked. At that time i did not have any choice. I have a hard earned money. I requested you to all not to invest even a single paisa in these kind of pre launch projects.

Q: Please share the review about the developer. What is the average price range in Raja Park ?
Latest Answer: Good to know that you are planning to invest in Raja Park. Raja Park is one of the best areas to invest in Jaipur in my opinion. The advantage of being connected directly to the national highway of Delhi and Agra is a great advantage.

Q: Has anybody purchased flats from Mangalam group? What is their punctuality record? Do they stick to their schedules?
Latest Answer: 1. FEELING CHEATED :-We have flat in Mangalam Ananda. 1. HAND OVER OF THE HOUSE . The house was in very bad condition.Tiles were broken in bathroom and kitchen.The glasses of the doors and windows were full of dirt and stains.Water blockage in bathrooms and kitchen.After complaining continously for the last 3 months the problem has not been rectified.This raises question on Management, which is very very poor, un organised, unprofessional 2. POOR CONSTRUCTION. Within 1,1/2 month cracks started appearing on the walls. After complaining so many times , no response /repair done by the harmony3..POOR QUALITY HARDWARE. Sliding doors handle/lock broken withen a month. When we complained, Mr Amit (harmony)replied, that you dont know how to operate. In the normal case When the builder sign a contract wih the vendor, its clearly written that framing has guarantee for 5years and hardware has guarantee for 2years.what if any accident occurs, e.g. Short circuiting pr

Q: Is Rosewood City in Jaipur approved by Government Authority?

Q: It is understood that the original project of Narayan Infinity has been sold to some party in Kolkata probably by the name Urban and the project has been renamed by the new builders as Urban Jewels.
Latest Answer: Yes, looks like Narayana Infinity will be now called Urbana Infinity. The project has not been taken over by any particular real estate company. It is by a group of partners.
