Should I pay agreement amount when approvals are pending?

Q: Should I pay the 20% agreement amount when the project is still not approved by BBMP and some other approvals still pending?

What if there is any legal issue which won't get solved for long time?? Then your money will be a dead investment. Better to check the rest of the documents and be advised by an experienced lawyer..

That's actually not safe Abhishek.. But if you think the builder is trustworthy and the approvals will be given soon, then you can make payment..
