Should I pay agreement amount when approvals are pending?
Q: Should I pay the 20% agreement amount when the project is still not approved by BBMP and some other approvals still pending?

Latest Answer: What if there is any legal issue which won't get solved for long time?? Then your money will be a dead investment. Better to check the rest of the documents and be advised by an experienced lawyer..
