Q: I have purchased a farm house plot in Saffron City, Wangani village, Velhe taluka, Pune district in 2008. Saffron City with developed bungalow plots, farm house plots, agricultural plots with roads, electricity, compound to plots. This project is situated near Kondhanpur on one side and Wangani on other side. It is at 35 km from Pune.
It was booked in this project offered by Saffron developers, Pune with the promise of handing over the plot in 2010 with well developed roads, electricity and water at the doors. A fencing and plantation in the plot will be provided by the developer. Nothing has been happened till today. Anybody has any idea about it? Is there anyone who has booked plot here?
I have purchased plot in their Arvi project. in 2012. but there was no progress till 2014 so i went for cancellation procedure. but till now i have got only 70k and rest 3lac I haven't received yet. they always say we will give it in next month . But that next month has not came yet. Does any one else is also waiting for money?
I have purchased 10 gunta land in this project. Sale deed is made but between 3 plots. I have only Certified copy of sale deed. 7/12 is taking time because of Katraj incident and charge on Mr. rathod. Fem of my friends got possession after measurement.

If you observe properly , in 2008 Saffron city project has neen opened for booking as per advertisement with so called aminities , & possesiion in 2010 , but still there is no progress yet to give us confidence . We met Mr. Rathod For concern but they told to wait for another 3 months . Saffron city project is dependant on ring road according to them . In 2008 / 09 saffron city city advertisement, it was clearly mentioned that cleare tilteled NA bunglow plots for 2 lacs , but after we visited on 7.12.14 they told that there is no NA yet for that banglow plots , & they are convinencing all to to take Agricultural farm hause plot (10 guntha) instead NA bunglow plot . & instead of completing this Saffron city project , they invested around pune .

I have also purchased bunglow plot in saffron city in 2008 . 50% amt paid . Till today I only have receipt of 50%amount paid . meanwhile I visited occasionally there , some roads , light towers , well was done , or in progress. what to do in this regard . all those who are suffering we will meet for discussion

as u r aware about the saffron city developer, what is the fate of plot owners? many of them have not even made sale deed. those who have done sale deed have not got 7/12 document and actual possession of land. what action should be taken?
