Sourabh.. the plot is in Sarjapur road right? If it is under city limits then Panchayat cannot approve it, BDA has to approve it.. please check before investing.

First check whether the approvals are in place or not.. and make sure they have obtained A Khata.. dont be just carried away with the project plan, etc. Be sure about the legalities of the project.

Thanks Suresh!! But it is panchyat approved site..so that's why i need to know whether panchyat has authority to approve layout?
