Why are they not being renovated? I believe that they can be transformed into better structures if the govt plans about it properly?

Therefore any deviation from the original plans would have been ratified. Due to the flats being kept unoccupied for over three years was it maintained well and is there no deteriation in final finish as it was in 2015

It is just at 5 min away from the Airport. Many IT Parks like Infosys, Hardware Park and Fab City are in vicinity. Hospitals, ATM’s, railway station, shopping malls are within 10 km distance. It takes 12 minutes from Jubilee Hills and 15 minutes from HI-TEC City. It is also very close to elevated expressway, ORR and HADA Grid Road. So, excellent connectivity is there.

I am from Mumbai and have done Conveyance Deed of our society, for which each member has paid Rs 33,000. Committee Members havn't given any proof of Conveyance Deed to any member. Once the Conveyance Deed is done, what are the proofs each members should get?
