I was interested in a 2 bhk flat in Supercity Mayfair residency.

Q: This is a project by Supercity Developers in Techzone IV, Noida Extn. Seems to be their first project. The booking process is being done by a group formed by Central Government Employees. I am a bit confused whether I should go in for this.. Cannot find much details about the builder. Any suggestions..?

the construction is on 3 floors is not have in any other builder construction

I have paid a token amount. Have collected the membership form. Will be submitting in a few days.

Hi Shoba & Anil, the builder seems good. I hope the project too will come up well and good. Check the price of neighbouring projects and see whether the price quoted in this project is not too high. Yes Shoba, you are right.. there isn't much info on this developer.. I am also interested in the project but thinking whether to invest or not.
