Mittal Royal orchard is a wonderful place with most horrible management. Only 2-3 families living here since project completion in 2005. Builder has not provided any facility that was promised initially. Even the main gate of the house will not be provided. Builder will provide water at Rs. 2000 pm and electric supply at Rs. 20 per unit. No good schools/hospitals in vicinity. No common parking. No children playground. No club. No swimming pool (All these were promised by builder). Surrounded by many factories producing horrible noise and bad smelling fumes. RWA has filed case in consumer court against builder reg all these issues and for asking maintenance charge of Rs. 5000 pm.
