Latest Answer: Hi Ms Seekha , about the price trend, the area came into existence in 2009, that time it was village and hardly any builder was ready to to invest in this area. After the Manesar Tech Park was introduced the builders showed interest in the area. In April-June 2010 the price took a jump from Rs 2500 per sq ft to Rs 3800 per sq ft. In 2011 Jan- March it took a went to Rs 4200 per sq ft, but came down to Rs 3500 per sq ft in April-June 2011. Shockingly within 1 year the price again went up to Rs 5200 per sq ft and till last Sep 2013. and the price right now is Rs 4300 per sq ft.
