So many flats for sale in Purva Fountain Square?

Q: I see there are so many flats for sale in Purva Fountain Square. Are these from investors or end users or something wrong with Purva Fountain Square? I am interested in one 2 BHK, but after seeing so many flats in PFS for sale, I am bit worried.

Purva Fountain Square is a gated community which is spread over 16 acres of land. Project is known to be approved by BBMP, BESCOM, BWSSB and Airport Authority of India.

Hi Vinay, as far as I know, it is definitely a good investment, no need to worry.. here is a list of flats for sale in Purva Fountain Square.

There are too many flats in PFS and in its surrounding projects. May be that's the reason for vacant flats increasing. But it is worth investing in this project, as the location is good.......

Hi Vinay, I have gone through many positive and negative feedbacks for this project. And I am not sure how many of them are true..
So I would suggest you to invest in Sobha group's projects..
