Nice discussion guys.. I agree with both the answers. And I would like to add another reason. People in Noida prefer to buy lower flats as the chances of earthquake are high in this region. In such case it will be easy to come out of the building, that is their plan.. But anyways it mostly depends on buyer's personal preferences.

I do not think this it will be a good choise as the whether is very humid there are chances that the top will absorb more heat.

Hi all.. my personal experience is there will be too much of noise in lower floors whereas in higher floors it is calm..

Hi Sunit, if the view of the surrounding is good from top floor then you can go for top floors.
