Latest Answer: Nice discussion guys.. I agree with both the answers. And I would like to add another reason. People in Noida prefer to buy lower flats as the chances of earthquake are high in this region. In such case it will be easy to come out of the building, that is their plan.. But anyways it mostly depends on buyer's personal preferences.
