Anyone bought a flat in Rohan Avriti? Any views? Also attaching my views

Q: Booked a flat in Rohan Avriti. Lot of reasons:-

1) Very Nice location

2) good builder

3) No common walls for most of the apartments

4) Nice layout

5) Proximity to all the basic needs

6) very near to Pheonix mall

Yes Project is good. Group buying will not work in getting you discounts. The current rate is Rs 4200 + Rs 75 for floor rise. Also amenities facing flats are Rs 200 extra. Location is good. Right now they have opened the booking for A and B block. Looks like construction is at pace and i am expecting this project to be finished by Dec 2014(even though they are saying Aug 2014). 3 series in A block is very good for 2 BHK.

Which local authority has approved the project and how many year it will take for the project to get completed?

BBMP has approved the project and the expected completion date is by 2014 mid

I have seen the project it is really attractive and I am planning to go for group buying.

Rohan Avriti is one of the recent residential developments in ITPL Road neighborhood of Bangalore. It is among the Ongoing Projects of Rohan Builders India Pvt Ltd. The landscape is beautiful with spacious 5 Blocks and around 225 Houses.

Hi Akshat, at what rate have you booked flat in Rohan Avriti? Any idea on the ongoing rates and availability?

rates are fine. Looking at the location , i would say its good. Habitat is charging Rs 4150 but there is no comparision at all. Rohan is much better

As per the telephonic conversation with the sales person, they are quoting Rs 5000 for flats facing amenities and Rs 4800 per sqft for flats without amenities.
