Q: Have you heard about property in sec 16, Noida Extension that is Soho Mascot Manorath? How is that property? I am thinking to buy but I want some discount on it?

Has anyone recently gone to the site if the digging is complete ?
When I last visited the site a month back the digging work for tower C/ D appeared done.
It had not started for Tower A/ F.

If someone who lives nearby can see for himself and inform the forum that will be great.

I think this digging is going to take considerable amount of time and is a critical milestone when completed.

We have already entrusted our savings to them.
I hope they keep their overall time lines.

Hi Manish, yes u r right, but last december they told project will bankable at end January, last week I called them they told it will take upto mid of March'13.

Hi Kausick, I think most of us have paid the 20% amount. I guess the builder is in the process of getting the approvals etc. Once the project becomes bankable you may see some progress.
