Is it worth investing at a rate of Rs 6500?

Hi all,
I am more worried about the project location of Emaar Imperial Gardens, Sector-104, Gurgaon. It seems like it will take 2-3 years before it becomes properly habitable. What does others think?

Hello Amarendar,
If you have horizon more than 2 years. Then it is fantastic project. Even Emaar reduced its prices to 95 Lac. Within 2-3 years the locality will be liveable.

Hello Nitin,
The same flat sold by them in 1.5 Crore in 2012, after 6 years they reduced the price to 1.05 Crores all inclusive. They have now reduced prices and selling at 1.0 Crores all inclusive. Construction quality is extremely poor. We simply can not trust this builder.

Emaar Mgf Imperial Gardens is one of the popular Residential Developments in Sector 102 neighborhood of Gurgaon. It is among the well known Projects of its class. The project landscape is beautiful with spacious housing units. The project is said to be approved by HUDA..

Hi NItin, surprisingly, that is the ongoing rate.. you can try negotiating to Rs 6300 or 6400..
